Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we accept return as per the following policy:
• If book/s are having blank, wrongly printed, duplicate pages then Wisdom Granth will consider books for return/refund.
• If the book is damaged in transportation or not shipped as per placed order then also Wisdom Granth will consider it for return/refund.
• To get benefits of return/refund policy the customer needs to raise return/refund request from order history within two days after delivery of order. Return requests after 2 days of delivery will not be considered for return/refund.
• Once approved for return/refund the customer needs to send damaged or faulty copy back to Wisdom Granth within 8 days.
• Wisdom Granth will deliver new book to same address of customer. If book is out of stock then Wisdom Granth will initiate refund. This refund will be done in same account from which customer had done payment for that particular order.
